~ You will be asked to sign and return a COVID-19 Liability Waiver the evening prior or day of your appointment. The electronic link is available on our website home page. Or use this link. https://www.dermarenewspa.com/covid

~ Upon arrival for appointment: Please text Becky at 585 233-6018 about 2 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and wait in your car for instruction to enter the building. This gives ample time in between clients to be sure all proper cleaning and disinfection have been completed to assure a safe space for you to relax.
~ Arrive alone unless accompanying a minor age18 or younger with an appointment. A good fitting mask must be worn, which will remain on the entire time except while facial treatment is being performed, during which there will be no unnecessary talking to prevent aerosol spread and after which the mask will be promptly put back on.
~ Your temperature will be taken with an infrared touchless thermometer before entering the spa. Temps above normal will be asked to reschedule. Stay home if you feel ill, exhibit symptoms or think you’ve been exposed to COVID-19. We’d be happy to reschedule.
~ Limit the number of belongings you bring in with you, Essentials only. No drinks, water or food.
~ Use your home restroom if possible to avoid using public facility in our building. Disinfecting wipes will be available if needed by Derma Renew Spa.
~ Upon arrival you will be asked to wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap & warm water and dry with paper toweling and/or hand sanitizer also available.

~ We are frequently tested for COVID-19.
~ Up-to-date on Certifications for Infection Control. Derma Renew Spa LLC has always been committed to your health and safety in our spa adhering to high standards with sanitation and disinfection. Exceeding those standards we are now certified in the use of an eco-friendly product called Rejuvenate, a hospital grade broad spectrum EPA registered disinfectant approved for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. https://www.viroxprobeauty.com/
~ Continue to abide by universal COVID-19 Rules of Social Distancing/Public mask wearing in the spa and during personal time.
~ Scheduling with ample and thorough disinfection time between each client and keeping the waiting area closed off, one client at a time.
~ Responsibly cancelling our appointments if we are feeling ill, exhibit COVID-19 symptoms or know we’ve been around or exposed to anyone or any place of concern.
~ Frequently and thoroughly washing our hands and using hand sanitizer, wearing clean clothes, shoes, smock, gloves, mask and disinfected face shield while in close proximity of our clients.
~ Ramping up our cleaning and disinfection protocol of all surfaces, counters, sink, chairs, door handles, pens, electronic equipment, treatment table, machines, devices, implements, and back-bar treatment product bottles in between all clients and at the beginning and end of each day.
~ Avoid handshaking, hugging and longer than necessary social time within our small area.
~ No in-person Consults. Phone Consultations are available by appointment.
~ Offering curbside pick-up of products and gift certificates.
~ Contact Free Credit Card payment and Check out available and preferred.
As we continue moving forward during these uncertain times, we may be operating on a different or more limited basis and hours of operation, during which I appreciate your patience while I try to accommodate you with your appointment.
