What You Can Kindly Do To Cooperate With Us.
~ You will be asked to sign and return a COVID-19 Liability Waiver within the evening prior or day of your appointment. The electronic link is available on our website home page. Or use this link. https://www.dermarenewspa.com/covid Please contact us if you are unable to do this.
~ Please stay home if you feel ill, exhibit symptoms or think you’ve been exposed to COVID-19.
~ Please arrive wearing a good fitting mask which will remain on the entire time. You will be asked to reschedule if you walk in without a mask. Masks are available for a $5.00 fee. One can be brought out to you.
~ Arrive alone unless accompanying a minor age 18 years or younger who has the appointment. No children or babies with Momma during appointments.
~ Limit the number of belongings you bring in with you, Essentials only. No drinks, water or food.
~ Use your home restroom if possible to avoid using public facility in our building. Disinfecting wipes will be available if needed by Derma Renew Spa in the event of emergency.
~ Wait in the car and text or call 585 233-6018 about 2 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so we know you are here. You will be asked to enter the building when the spa is ready and disinfection completed. No unnecessary lingering in the building please.
~ Your temperature will be taken with an infrared touchless thermometer before entering the spa. Temps above normal will be asked to reschedule.
~ Upon arrival you will be asked to wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap & warm water and dry with paper toweling and/or hand sanitizer also available.
~ Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Cough or sneeze into your sleeve/elbow.

~ We are frequently tested for COVID-19.
~ Up-to-date on Certifications for Infection Control. Derma Renew Spa LLC has always been committed to your health and safety in our spa adhering to high standards with sanitation and disinfection. ~ Continue to abide by universal COVID-19 Rules of Social Distancing/Public mask wearing.
~ Scheduling with ample and thorough disinfection time between each client.
~ Responsibly cancelling our appointments if we are feeling ill, exhibit COVID-19 symptoms or know we’ve been around or exposed to anyone or any place of concern.
~ Frequently and thoroughly washing our hands and using hand sanitizer.
~ Wearing clean clothes, shoes, smock, gloves, mask and disinfected face shield while in close proximity of our clients.
~ Ramping up our cleaning and disinfection protocol of all surfaces, counters, sink, chairs, door handles, pens, electronic equipment, treatment table, machines, devices, implements, and back-bar treatment product bottles in between all clients and at the beginning and end of each day.
~ Keeping waiting area closed and no back to back appointments.
~ Avoid handshaking, hugging and longer than necessary social time within our small area.
~ No in-person Consults. Phone Consultations are available by appointment.
~ Offering curbside pick-up of products and gift certificates.
~ Contact Free Credit Card payment and Check out available and preferred.
